Flexible Property Management Pricing
We offer flexible pricing depending on the level of service you need. For owners who only need help placing a tenant, our leasing service is a one-time fee of 100% of one month’s rent. This covers everything from marketing and advertising to tenant screening, lease preparation, deposit collection, and collecting the first month’s rent.
For full-service management, our rates are customized based on your property and typically range from 7% to 10% of the monthly rent, with lease-up fees starting around 75% of one month’s rent. Most clients average around 8% for ongoing management and a 75% lease-up fee. This option includes day-to-day management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ongoing support.

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.
