The portal ensures requests are properly logged and addressed efficiently from start to finish. For non-emergency situations, requests can also be submitted via email at repairs@ncandcompany.com. Phone support is reserved for urgent maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
From there, we manage the process end to end by coordinating with vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. Our organized, detail-focused approach keeps both owners and residents informed every step of the way.
